Public Meeting

A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 in the council chamber of City Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss allocation of the 2019 funds from the CDBG. The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm.

Police Department

Effective October 1, 2018 the City of Kinloch is patrolled by Saint Louis County Police Central Precinct under the command of Captain John Wheeler.

Municipal Election

The April 2019 Municipal Election is not too far off!!

Candidacy filing opens on Tuesday, December 11th, 2018 at 8:30 am and closes on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019 at 5:00 pm

Filing Fees are $50 for Alderman positions and $100 for Mayor

If you have any questions please call the City Clerk, Denicia Hayes at 314-455-3198 ext 201 between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm each weekday except Wednesday.

Closing at 12:00 noon on Friday, December 21st, 2018

Closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, December 24th, 25th and 26th, 2018. Reopening on Thursday, December 27th, 2018 at 8:30 am.

Closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, December 31st, 2018 – January 1st and 2nd, 2019. Reopening on Thursday, January 3rd, 2019 at 8:30 am.

(Please note that City Hall is closed on Wednesdays as part of the regular work schedule.)

Court has transitioned

The Municipal Division of the City of Kinloch has transitioned to the St. Louis County Associate Court, Div 31 Judge Mary Ott.
